2018 Streak the Creek Race League comes at you Wed evenings on the calm waters of Nabbs Creek, where you'll paddle a 1, 3, or 5 mile buoy course at race pace with your paddle buddies. New this year! A 5 mile course, plus we're mixing it up with sprint races and a few field trips to neighboring creeks and rivers!
FloYo is paddleboard yoga. Yoga practiced on a floating board amplies the already amazing benefits of yoga by engaging more core muscles to balance. You'll enjoy a deep connection to your breath and nature by floating on water under the open sky. ALL LEVELS are welcome in our paddleboard yoga classes - First timer to advanced.
Aerial Yoga tie dye workshop starts with a one-hour aerial session to unwind from the week, incorporating reiki, essential oils, and restorative yoga techniques. After our practice, we'll roll up our sleeves and tie dye silk hammocks to create beautiful patterns on the fabric, turning your silk into a custom piece of art!

April Zilg arrives to Nabbs Creek on Wed May 2nd for a two-hour clinic!
In the clinic, April will cover proper technique and the biomechanics of paddling, Paddlers can expect to learn proper body position and which muscle groups to engage for each phase of the paddle stroke, which helps avoid injury and increase efficiency. Paddle workouts and drills that help with speed will be discussed and demonstrated.

Partner Acrobatics Certified teacher, Kimber Brenneman will introduce you to the joys of flying with friends. She will cover the basics of flying, basing, and spotting in foundational static poses and transitions.
At the start of our evening, you'll pick your "guru" bead and carry it with you to your mat. During your hour-long yoga practice, Stacie will show you how to infuse your bead with your mantra energy as you flow through an uplifiting and cleansing vinyasa flow.
After yoga, you'll join Carleen, who will show you how to craft a mala bracelet using your guru bead, gemstone and wood beads, and a colorful tassel.
Our teen fitness program is one of our most popular. We introduce teen girls to our fresh mix of exercise classes that engage their body and mind, building strength, cardio conditioning and flexibility. Nabbs Creek is calling your SUP Ninja for a play date! We'll be revisiting many of our popular summer camp activities: SUP jumps, paddling and play on the Mucho Grande inflatable, fun relay races, and our indoor obstacle course and peg wall.
Open to ages 7 years and older. Paddling experience helpful. All children MUST be proficient swimmers and MUST wear lifejacket at all times.
Join Katie Ficca outdoors at Nabbs Creek for a restorative aerial flow. Allow your body to slowly lift up into the support of the silk, move through a few restorative postures using the low-lying hammock as your tool to gently draw your body off of the your mat and into the air.
