Our high caliber coaches will lead your workouts at the studio, along with helping you stay connected to your goals and keep you accountable with weekly check ins.

One of our favorite sayings is "You can't outrun the fork." Exercise alone is not enough to get you to your weight loss goals. After a good workout, that hard work must be supported in the kitchen. Think of it this way: build muscle in our classes and lose the extra layer covering it at HOME.
With our nutrition program, you can pick and choose your foods. We coach you to decrease added sugars, limit alcohol and eat portion sizes that promote your weight loss/fitness goals - rather than feed your cravings.
We help you understand how to fuel your body properly with fiber rich carbs, lean protein and healthy fat.
You will learn how to weigh and track your macro nutrients, fiber and sugar to maximize fat loss, healthy digestion and build lean muscle.
When you follow our guidelines you WILL lose fat, build muscle, sleep better, feel more energized and build strength inside and out!

Your six week nutrition package runs Nov 5 - Dec 16, and includes the following:
- Individualized macro nutrient plan
Weekly monitoring/check ins of body composition changes: tracking weight, measurements & body fat percentage
Two week macro-friendly meal plan with recipes for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack ideas
Shopping list of foods for your pantry and fridge
Specially scheduled nutrition Facebook live chats about meal planning, tracking macros and being mindful while eating out and during travel
NOV 5, 9:30 a - Bootcamp (45 min), followed by Nutrition Talk (there will be coffee and protein snacks!)
NOV 18, DEC 2 & 16, 8a - Outdoor bootcamp workouts including ropes course, stadium steps and B&A Trail
DEC 16, 9a - Finale Coffee Meetup (after bootcamp) - location TBD
Meal Prep Made Easy!
Delivered to Severna Park studio every Tues morning by 9 am.
Your meal plan includes 5 meals (1 breakfast/4 entress) each week with macro breakouts sent prior to delivery.
30 meals total over 6 weeks. Your credit card will be charged $60 each week for 6 weeks.
