Enjoy special challenge workouts and meet ups, along with unlimited classes at our Severna Park and Nabbs Creek studios: Bootcamp, Cycling, Barre, Power Yoga, TRX, Surfset, Aerial Yoga, Battle Ropes, HIIT, Muscle Sculpt and more.
Our high caliber coaches will lead your workouts at the studio, along with helping you stay connected to your goals and keep you accountable with weekly check ins.
You will be embraced by our Mantra 6 community—made of individuals of all fitness levels, ages and backgrounds—who are committed to the same path to fitness and health.
Exercise alone is not enough to get you to your weight loss goals. After a good workout, that hard work must be supported in the kitchen. Think of it this way: build muscle in our classes and lose the extra layer covering it at HOME.
On our nutrition program, you can eat anything you want. We call it Flexible Eating. Our nutrition program helps you eat to perform. We do not believe in depriving the body of carbs or fat. Your food choices must meet your macronutrient goals (fat, protein, carbs), which are customized for you based on your fitness level, age, weight and goals
Every day, we log our food in My Fitness Pal, which keeps track of your macros, making it simple to stay on target with your meals and goals.
Over the course of the six weeks, we will monitor your weight and body composition changes through weekly check ins, emails and group meetups. Adjustments will be made to your nutrition plan, based on your progress and compliance.
