FloYo – Our SUP yoga classes are led by certified FloYo Yoga instructors, who will lead you through a Vinyasa flow, advancing your flexibility, core strength, while restoring your spirit.  Your board acts as a floating yoga mat, giving your core an extra challenge throughout each flow.

SUP for Beginners – We love teaching beginners the fundamentals of stroke technique, turning and safety skills. You will be confidently paddling by the end of your lesson.
