Take your fitness to the water. The very act of stand up paddling is a potent combination of strength, core power, balance and endurance. Your fitness will improve the very first time you step on a board in our Level 1 class.
From there, we can advance your technique and help you turn SUP into a full body exercise in our Level 2 class.
Then we turn up the heat and calorie burn in our PaddleFit classes, Team Trainings and Wed Night Race League.
Throughout the summer, we'll be adding special workshops including Full Moon Paddleboard Yoga, Craft N Cruise Nights and Summer Solstice FloYo. Check back here for updates or like us on Facebook!

Level 1 SUP Lesson - This class is geared for first time and beginner paddlers. We will teach you everything you need to know about stand up paddle. You will finish this class feeling accomplished and empowered to hit the water again and again!

Level 2 SUP Lesson -For paddlers interested in advancing their stand up paddle stroke technique beyond cruising, this class is for you! We will teach you proper paddling mechanics to engage your core, hips and upper body to build your speed and energy efficiency with each stroke.

SUP Interval Training - Designed for intermediate to experienced paddlers interested in advancing their SUP racing performance which includes stroke efficiency, buoy turns, race starts, drafting, endurance and speed. Paddle Fit - Experience a hybrid land/sea workout that is equal parts restorative and rigorous. Bodyweight strength intervals on land and water are mixed with paddling surges that will get your heart pumping for a big calorie burn that is equal parts fun and challenging.

FloYo is stand up paddle (SUP) yoga. Amplify the already amazing benefits of yoga by using your core muscles to balance on your SUP. Our classes include a diverse range of poses, as well as challenging and gentle sequences. Connect to your breath and nature by floating on water under the open sky. FloYo is an incredible experience.

Sigrun will lead a sunset SUP yoga class with challenging strength building poses like warriors and inversions. The class will close with a cool-down stretch sequence.
After yoga, it's social time! Join us at The Broken Oar for $1 glasses of wine.
This class will inspire you to make new friends, strengthen our sense of community and enjoy an early evening out to welcome the weekend.
Sunset SUP Yoga & Pumpkin Cheer

In this special FloYo class, Danielle will help you align with the natural world and initiate your own seasonal change, connecting to the energy of Fall. Be guided through a meditation to identify all extraneous factors that no longer serve you, lightening your load both mentally and physically. Enjoy a slow sun salute that segues into a supine sequence that opens your hamstrings, quads, hips and entire spine.
After your flow, join your fellow yogis back on land with pumpkin beer cheer!

This is our last SUP Yoga night of the season! The day also happens to be International Coffee Day…so after a long week/month/summer, join Sigrun (coffee activist and SUP yoga expert) for an all levels FloYo class followed by a potluck feast of coffee treats! Students are encouraged to bring healthy, coffee-themed snacks for everyone after class. Think chocolate covered espresso beans, (healthy!) coffee cake, mocha anything … let's get creative!
After an energizing class on the water, join your community with a fun and unique feast on this international coffee holiday! All levels of experience are welcome. Bring your own cup to enjoy a steaming cup of cafe. Come and meet your Mantra Fit community and share your love for coffee with new friends!
