What is PaddleFit?

PaddleFit is a SUP and outdoor fitness coaching and training system that provides you with a program to help you achieve your SUP and fitness goals through an integrated system that guides you on a path to a healthy lifestyle.

PaddleFit Core
• 2 day course •

Day 1 will be an interactive teaching format with 20 to 30 videos, discussions and presentations

Day 2 will be on the water and involve both skill assessments and practical teaching sessions

Course will conclude with a comprehensive written exam as well as practical skill assessment. Full technique and physical assessment will be performed. Coaches will be introduced to the PaddleFit Technique Screen™ which is a technique assessment tool.
