What if I need to cancel a membership?
Monthly memberships can be cancelled after the minimum contract length. You must give at least 2 weeks written notice from the next renewal date to cancel your membership. Please send all cancellation requests to email@example.com. You must receive a confirmation to consider your membership cancelled. No refunds will be granted for unused time on your membership and there are no extensions given. Monthly passes cannot be shared.
What if I didn’t use all my class passes before they expired?
Please take note of when your class pass expires. (Use it or lose it.) 30 day extensions will only be given to students who have a medical emergency who contact the studio BEFORE the expiration date of their package. Class packs are sold per customer and can only be shared with a spouse or children. Class packs are non-refundable and non-transferable.
How far in advance can I schedule classes?
You may schedule classes two weeks from current date.
Can I cancel a class?
YES! Log into your Mantra Fit account to cancel your spot 24 hours before class starts. Your class will be automatically credited back into your account. If you don’t cancel your class before the 24 hour window, your class will be lost.
What happens if I don’t show up for class?
If you do not show up for class, your class will be lost. If you register with your unlimited membership package and you do not show up for class, you will be charged a $15.00 no-show penalty.
How does the waiting list work?
If a class is full, you may add yourself to the waitlist by purchasing a class or using a class from your account. If you are on the waitlist and you no longer want to take the class, you may cancel from the waitlist by un-reserving your waitlisted spot. If you are on the wait list and don’t get into class, the class will go back into your account automatically.
If you do get moved into class, you will be added automatically to the class and notified via email. You may still un-reserve your spot by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org
