Our Teen Yoga class gives teens a sacred space to unwind, breathe, move mindfully and tap into their inner self without the distractions of screens and the outside world.

Join Angelique for a mindful practice using Meditation, Yoga, and Reiki to balance our Chakra energy centers. This workshop will open with a guided meditation to awaken your chakra life force, and then move into a restorative yoga flow designed to balance your energy from root to crown. Angelique will be offering hands-on Reiki energy healing throughout the practice, and mini-sessions on each student to help you sink deeper into Savasana. This practice is suitable for those new to yoga, as well as yogis looking to deepen their practice. Come relax, restore, and renew.
On March 8th, our yoga studio will transform into an an artist studio, where mamas’ bellies become the canvas. Intuitive artist Christalene lovingly applies henna, allowing pregnant mamas space to be still, and connect deeply with yourself and your own exquisiteness. You will receive a 30 min henna or washable paint session with an option to add on a photography session. On the following morning, we invite you back to our yoga studio for a prenatal yoga class with Katie Mazur, which is included in your henna belly package.

Our Beach to Bay SUP Race Training Program is geared for the ultimate beginner. If you have a desire to bring your fitness outdoors under the sunshine and on the water, then this training program is for you! Our seasoned SUP coaches will be with you every stroke, teaching you how to stand, balance, turn and progress your stroke to paddle 2+ miles with efficiency and confidence.
The definition of core: an essential and foundational part; a basic, essential enduring part. That definition is what PaddleFit Core represents: the essential and foundational elements of the PaddleFit coaching system. Our certification model will reflect our commitment to being the best and providing an outstanding educational experience for our incoming coaches. Core is a comprehensive 1 day course pair with an online learning module and is setting the standard for SUP education and creating an atmosphere and educational model to produce the best coaches.
n Dec 2nd, we’re hosting a special Mantra Give Wellness day, where all classes are donation based to support a charity progran close to our heart, called Healing through Body Art Project, led by Christalene Karaiskakis who adorns the crowns of women and children battle cancer. Her henna artistry and healing touch uplifts the spirits and well being of the people she helps, and empowers them to continue fighting for their lives.
What is Aerial Yoga?
Aerial yoga is one of the newest blends of yoga and aerial circus arts, utilizing a silk hammock as a prop to aid the student in surrender during traditional postures that are difficult to achieve due to minimal flexibility or strength, physical injuries and often times, emotional fear. Practicing Yoga in the hammock allows you to discover and unleash your hidden challenges and strengths. It balances and encourages deeper and unique stretching.
Aerial Yoga tie dye workshop starts with a one-hour aerial session to unwind from the week, incorporating reiki, essential oils, and restorative yoga techniques. After our practice, we'll roll up our sleeves and tie dye silk hammocks to create beautiful patterns on the fabric, turning your silk into a custom piece of art!
FloYo is paddleboard yoga. Yoga practiced on a floating board amplies the already amazing benefits of yoga by engaging more core muscles to balance. In the clinic, April will cover proper technique and the biomechanics of paddling, Paddlers can expect to learn proper body position and which muscle groups to engage for each phase of the paddle stroke, which helps avoid injury and increase efficiency. Paddle workouts and drills that help with speed will be discussed and demonstrated.

Partner Acrobatics Certified teacher, Kimber Brenneman will introduce you to the joys of flying with friends. She will cover the basics of flying, basing, and spotting in foundational static poses and transitions.
At the start of our evening, you'll pick your "guru" bead and carry it with you to your mat. During your hour-long yoga practice, Stacie will show you how to infuse your bead with your mantra energy as you flow through an uplifiting and cleansing vinyasa flow.
After yoga, you'll join Carleen, who will show you how to craft a mala bracelet using your guru bead, gemstone and wood beads, and a colorful tassel.
