Fitness is a way of life at Mantra Fit. We train on land. We train on water. We train to feel connected to our spirits, our bodies and each other.
Experience our rich mix of classes that engages body and mind, and turns exercise into a lifestyle. At Mantra Fit, we don't work out for a summer body, we work out because that's who we are. The stronger we get, the better we feel. And it FEELS SO GOOD to FEEL GOOD!
All day Saturday, May 27, we're offering free demo classes inside and out. Try aerial yoga inside our studio, and then hop on paddleboards to exerperience a restorative yoga flow or rigrous Paddlefit bootcamp.
Bring the entire family for adult and kids classes! View our schedule of events and then click on the class to reserve your free spot.
All studio and SUP reservations must be made in advance.
Please limit your sign to one studio class and one SUP class to allow as many people as possible to experience the gift of movement.

Our Surf & Turf Event is supporting Baltimore's Sarah’s Hope, which provides immediate shelter, stabilization, a supportive environment and access to comprehensive services to 150 families each year.
Families are the fastest growing segment of the homeless population in Baltimore. Often, they have no place to turn once they lose housing. Baltimore offers a severe shortage of family shelter capacity, which often causes families to be divided, with women and girls going to women/children’s shelters, and men and teen boys going to a men’s shelter or the streets.
To help support one of the few shelters that keep families together, please consider donating an item off their needs list and bring with you on the 27th.
Donation Wish List:
soap ( bar or body wash)
- toothpaste and toothbrushes
- new wash cloths
- shampoo, deodorant and feminine hygiene products
- new twin sheets
- reusable bags
