Kids Class Descriptions:

Tiny Tumble Tots is a gymnastics and fitness program, designed for 3 to 6 year olds, with specialized equipment such as mats, beams, bars, springboards, and music. Toddlers and preschoolers run, jump, tumble and play for 60 minutes!

YogiLoha will teach children how to focus and center themselves with various breathing and visualization techniques. They will also learn self-respect and respect for others with the practice of fun and challenging poses, partner and group poses, lots of yoga games, breathing and basic anatomy. Class is 60 minutes. Open to ages 3-6 years old. 

Webby Creative Movement class begin with warm up and stretching exercises. Children are then taught creative movement, tumbling and dance techniques across the floor. Students will dance and tumble to their favorite songs, while using fun props such as maracas, streamers, parachute, tambourines, balance beam, pom poms and more. With over 300 dances in our curriculum, students are consistently engaged and regularly introduced to new routines! Class is 60 minutes. Ages 3-6 years old. 


Adult Class Descriptions:

Ride Sculpt - This class fuses cycling + sculpting work with 30 minutes on our Stages bikes blasting through high intensity surges, hill climbs and cardio building intervals. Then we head to the mat to strengthen our core and define arms, shoulders, back and chest using weights, KB’s and bodyweight exercises.

Pilates Sculpt - This class combines two of the hottest exercise techniques - Sculpt and Pilates - in a single body development technique that provides upper body and core strength, focus and flexibility.

Kickboxing - Get ready to burn fat, reduce stress and get strong by punching and kicking heavy boxing bags, working in an interval circuit class that will rev your metabolism and give you a great mix of sweat and strength.

TRX Fit Fusion - Looking for the perfect blend of strength, cardio and mat work? Then this class is for you! We will use a variety of modalities including TRX, weights/KB, body weight and at times the small but powerful sculpting movements of Barre. This is an all levels class, so come join us for a high energy fun filled hour.


Where to find us!

Mantra Fit’s new Severna Park studio is located in the same business complex as Cafe Mezzanotte. Pull into the parking lot and drive left or right. After you park, walk inside the courtyard and look for our vertical blue banner. Our front door is accessed from inside the courtyard.
