Meditation, Intention Setting & Manifesting
Mantra First Fridays are free and open to the public. We will explore the monthly theme for intentional living with a guided meditation, affirmation setting and group discussion.
Learn how to quiet and calm the mind, reducing stress and anxiety in your life, which allows you to make space to manifest the life of your wildest dreams.
In our Mantra First Fridays, we will begin with a guided meditation that centers on the monthly theme, followed by intention setting and a group discussion that allows us to share our experiences and ideas about how to live with purpose, and create mindset shifts within ourselves for health and happiness.
Adults and teens welcome. Our intention is to bring people together in a safe space that allows you to connect with others who share a desire for living more deeply, and make this world a happier place -starting with you.
Sign up can be done in advance or you can simply show up. Come to a few, or make it part of your monthly ritual. All Mantra First Fridays are Free.
Please be mindful that the meditation will begin at 7:15p. The door will close by 7:10p and not be accessible after that.
Bring a journal and pen, mug for tea, mat and possibly a pillow to make yourself comfortable. We will be sitting on the floor of the yoga room.
These group sessions will be lead by Carleen Birnes, Health Coach & Owner of Mantra Fit.
