SUP racers! Your spring training begins April 1 at Mantra Fit. We’ve designed an eight-week comprehensive strength/conditioning/stroke technique program that will advance your endurance, speed and skill so you can hit Bay Bridge Paddle with confidence on Sat, June 1st.
Your training package includes:
8 week progressive land/water training program for you to follow daily, designed and delivered by your coaches Nicky Stimpson and Carleen Birnes
Group trainings are held Wed evenings with your coaches to help athletes stay accountable to their progress, form and technique . As the weather warms, group workouts will move to the water to hone your paddling stroke.
Nutrition guidelines, meal plan and handouts
Unlimited paddleboard launch access at Nabbs Creek during the program
