SUP racers! Your spring training begins April 1 at Mantra Fit. We’ve designed an eight-week comprehensive strength/conditioning/stroke technique program that will advance your endurance, speed and skill so you can hit Bay Bridge Paddle with confidence on Sat, June 1st.
Your training package includes:
8 week progressive land/water training program for you to follow daily, designed and delivered by your coaches Nicky Stimpson and Carleen Birnes
8 weekly coach-led workouts on the water to help you advance SUP race stroke, technique, turns, efficiency and conditioning, 6:30-7:30p at Nabbs Creek
Nutrition guidelines, meal plan and handouts
Unlimited paddleboard launch access at Nabbs Creek during the program
Race Day Planning
Mindfulness training for the mental edge on race day
New friendships with the most stoked tribe of people who love the water and playing outdoors
