Meal planning and prepping in advance is one of the most effective strategies to optimize health, lose weight and feel great. In this workshop, busy moms will learn how to stay on track with health and weight loss goals by preparing real food in the right portions of protein, fat and carbs, which can be enjoyed throughout the week.

Our discussion will also cover food choices and swaps that will optimize health, digestion, fat loss, hormonal balance, energy levels and brain function.

Each participant will make a protein bowl (with vegetarian options) to bring home. 

Price is $30 person, which includes food supplies. 

Led by Carleen Birnes, health coach and owner of Mantra Fit in Severna Park.
